PAM History

Michael Pasatieri is the CEO of Alpha and Omega Consulting and the creator of the NFL Personality Analysis Method. Over the past several years of research, he began applying several systems of mental makeup and personality trait categorizations and to NFL Quarterbacks. While mapping a mental makeup matrix of winning and losing QBs a clear pattern emerged. It clearly revealed that QBs should be drafted based on these specific mental makeup traits (in additional to football abilities, of course) and not on physical ability such as the 40 yard dash times. As the research continued he discovered more details about each mental makeup type, such why a one player’s playoff stats trended in a positive direction while another’s trended in a negative direction. For example we explain why Peyton Manning’s playoff YPA trend down while Eli Manning’s YPA go up. Also different mental makeup profiles peak at different ages. Additionally the NFL PAM identifies risks with each QB’s mental makeup and how to address/vet them beforehand. Certain mental makeup types even show recurring injury patterns. This information is useful for drafting a QB with the correct mental makeup and for planning your organization’s future.

The NFL PAM now allows NFL teams to select QBs with the highest degree of certainty about future success than ever before.

Successful teams use methods and tools to gain an edge. The NFL Personality Analysis Method is the next tool that will gives smart teams an edge. Contact us to buy detailed scouting reports or to discuss longer term engagements. Email Mike Pasatieri at tieri_76@yahoo.com.
